This site is to be found underneath an ash tree adjacent to a public footpath and now consists of a ground level modern brick and concrete wellhead fitted with a metal cover. The appearance is consistent with this source still being used to supply a number of cottages which stand across the road near St Petroc's church. Two of these cottages were once the church ale house where beer was brewed to refresh worshippers and so we can say that water form this holy well was truly enjoyed for its qualities!
